Late Cancel/No Show Policy

Our goal at PFI is to provide you with excellent and seamless care. Part of that effort is keeping the clinic day moving along smoothly. In that regard, we need your help to guarantee as smooth a clinic day as possible.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours in advance so that we may offer that time to another patient.

“No shows” or late cancellations will regretfully result in an assessment of a $25 late cancellation/no show fee.

A pattern of repetitive “no shows” or late cancellations may result in discharge from the Practice.

It is not our intention to punish you, but out of fairness for our time and other patients’ time, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible. Of course, personal medical or family emergencies will not cause a late fee to be assessed.

However, conflicting appointments will not excuse the fee. It is your responsibility to schedule appointments appropriately and notify us in advance of conflict. We would be happy to reschedule you.
